Cobloc

Terms of use

Effective 30 September 2026 · Published by A62 · Contact: contact@a62.store

1. The service

Cobloc is an app for the neighbours of a building: recording monthly fees and expenses, keeping shared accounts, and running building life (problems, notices, polls, messages). By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Cobloc never holds money

Cobloc only records what the building's responsible writes down. It does not collect, hold or transfer money, and charges no late fees. Payments between neighbours and the responsible happen outside the app, under their own responsibility.

3. Your account

4. The building's responsible

A new building is checked by the Cobloc team before it opens. Its responsible is chosen by the neighbours, not by Cobloc, and is responsible for the accuracy of what they record and for the people they let in. A building's shared records are never deleted, only corrected by a new line, so that everyone can follow them.

5. Subscription

A building uses Cobloc with a yearly subscription, at the price agreed with the Cobloc team before it is activated and paid to the team outside the app. If it is not renewed, the building becomes read-only after a grace period of 30 days; its records stay visible.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Cobloc to insult, threaten, harass or deceive anyone, to post someone else's personal details without their agreement, or to disturb the service. Anonymous words to a neighbour can be reported, and the sender is then revealed to the building's responsible. We may suspend an account or a building that breaks these rules.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You allow Cobloc to store and show it to the people of your building so the service works. Content that belongs to the shared records stays there after you leave, without your name.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Cobloc available and correct but cannot promise it will never fail. Cobloc is a record-keeping tool: it is not responsible for disputes between neighbours, for payments made or not made, or for mistakes in what people record. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.

9. Changes and law

We may change these terms. We update the date above and tell you in the app before an important change applies. These terms are governed by Algerian law.
