Cobloc

Privacy policy

Effective 30 September 2026 · Published by A62 · Contact: contact@a62.store

Cobloc helps the neighbours of a building collect monthly fees, keep shared accounts and run building life. This page says what we collect, who sees it, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

A62 publishes Cobloc and is responsible for your data. Write to contact@a62.store for any question about your data.

What we collect

We do not use your location (the building's pin is placed by hand), we do not read your contacts, we show no ads and we do not sell data.

Who can see what

Why we use it

Only to run the service you asked for: sign you in, show each building its members and shared accounts, send notifications, check that a new building is real, and fix errors. The legal basis is the service you signed up for and, for crash reports, our legitimate interest in keeping the app working.

Where it is kept, and by whom

Your data travels encrypted between your phone and these services.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. A building's accounts are its shared history: payments, expenses and photos are never changed or deleted, only corrected by a new line. The rest follows the rules below.

Deleting your account

In the app: Me → Delete my account. Without the app: see how to ask for deletion.

A building's responsible must hand the building over to someone else before deleting their account.

Your rights

You can see and correct most of your details in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, or object to a use, by writing to contact@a62.store. We answer within 30 days. In Algeria you can also complain to the ANPDP (national authority for the protection of personal data).

Children

Cobloc is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above and tell you in the app before an important change applies.
